A green smoothie that will debunk the kid myth that spinach tastes bad.
What I love most about this recipe is its ability to debunk the enduring kid myth that spinach tastes bad. Check your urge to hide the leafy greens! Remember, no sneaking. Kids need to add the spinach to know what is in the food they are eating. Like most kids, Catherine and James were reluctant to give this green smoothie a try. They were equally surprised at the delicious flavor—the sweet pineapple really shines through in this recipe!
