Need quick easy dinner ideas? Try a DIY Pizza Party!
One of our go-to quick easy dinner ideas is DIY pizza. If you prep your veggies in advance, like I showed in my meal prep ideas post, you can get this dinner on the table in under 15 minutes—less time than it takes to have a take-out pizza delivered.
Let each person at your table personalize a portion of the pizza with their favorite colors: kale (green), mushrooms (white), tomatoes (red), peppers (yellow). It’s an easy way to avoid short-order cooking by letting everyone have it their way!
Get the recipe for the whole wheat pizza crust recipe that I feature in this video from my book, The 52 New Foods Challenge.
