MANGO COCONUT FROZEN YOGURT POPS {ZERO SUGAR}
Sweet mango and ripe banana adds natural sweetness to these added sugar free frozen yogurt pops. Natural sugars from the fruit, together with creamy Greek yogurt, ensure these pops have the perfect frozen treat texture with no churning required.
MANGO COCONUT FROZEN YOGURT POPS {ZERO SUGAR}
Makes 7 (3-oz.) pops
Ours = 0 teaspoons
Theirs* = 4 to 5 teaspoons
12 ounces diced ripe mango (about 2 1/4 cups)
1 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
1/4 cup dried unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 ripe (4- to 5-oz.) banana
1. Place the mango, yogurt, shredded coconut, and banana in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
2. Divide among six (6) 3-oz. popsicle molds. Freeze at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Tip: To loosen the popsicles from the molds, place the molds under warm running water for 5 to 10 seconds.
